I am an honorably discharged veteran of the USMC, top graduate of my police academy class, was an honor student in college learning Chinese and Japanese for international business at a very well known university, an armed commissioned officer for six years, and was on the waiting list to become a federal officer with Customs and Border Patrol with a life goal of becoming a NOC Agent in the CIA. I was also learning multiple other languages and subjects on the side that I will not get into for my intended position in the CIA…

I was fired from my government job after I threatened a lawsuit on the small city where I worked as an officer for the four years of work harassment that drove me to attempting suicide in 2007. I was set up in a character-assassination civil suit that resulted in the loss of my second amendment rights, and my firearms business (45 firearms, 3 silencers, 1 destructive device, over 27,000rds ammo, all legally owned). Because it was a civil suit I was not eligible for a public defender, though my Constitutional Rights were on the line and my life’s savings in assets. The ATF were waiting in the other room with a pre-filled out warrant for the confiscation, the evidence of the setup are a sickening disgrace to our legal system.

Soon after the ATF raid took place, I was forced to testify in the trial against Danny, with less than 24 hours notice about it at all. Shortly after this I traveled to Canada with a friend. Upon returning to the U.S. I was dragged out of the car, placed in cuffs, dragged into an interrogation room, interrogated and intimidated. I was also told that I should think twice about leaving the country again, which was a threat. The following month, I absconded to China to stay with a friend there. Months later when I returned, the feds took me into custody at the airport. Oh, I forgot, sometime before I left for China, U.S. Marshals visited me at my home for a friendly chat. That was in 2009 and we are still in contact today.

I went to China two more times after this and each time the feds took me into custody again for interrogation and intimidation each time. The list could go on and on, but I just don’t have time right now. But I guess I shouldn’t be worrying about the government, right? Its just “paranoia” after all. WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!

when all else fails, such as keeping him in some location that is way over his security level, and way far away from family, then they resort to other tactics….like this kind of thing – silencing his communications…they may even be “investigating” the complaint about Rogalsky, and as part of that “investigation” they ( warden or SIS) may have demanded some silencing of communications so as not to “compromise” their investigation of the allegations..

Of Course You can!! And you can put my name on it if you like. That is EXACTLY the kind of thing they did to me…they kept me entirely away from my family for six years as retaliation and in a higher security facility, and when they did not like the letters I wrote to Congress or Judges, they locked me in the HOLE for “investigation” and the warden issued his personal ORDER that all my communications be suspended until further notice, which was at least six weeks. Go for it Donna!!

This kind of retaliation can come at the drop of a hat too…if someone with some influence on the “outside” calls the warden and says “shut that guy up”, that is just what the warden will do. That was what happened to me…the US Marshals did not like what I was saying in letters, so they called the warden and got him to “take administrative measures” against me….which was to cut off all my communications and put me in the HOLE with the bullshit cover story of an “investigation”.
